DIRECTIONS: RUB BOTH SIDES OF RIBS CHICKEN OR BEEF.  LET SIT IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1-2 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.  COOK AT 375 FOR ONE HOUR.  THEN SLICE TO DESIRED SIZE.

B WHILE WET, USE 2 TABLESPOONS OR RUB ON EACH SIDE WELL.
C IF TIME PERMIT, LET STAND FOR A WHILE.
2.      PRE HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREE OR 
         PREPARE OPEN PIT WITH COALS.

A. PLACE RIBS ON PAN WITH OR WITHOUT A RACK, BAKE FOR ONE HOUR, DO NOT TURN OVER.
B. OPEN PIT , COOK OVER VERY LOW HEAT BASTE WITH 1 TEASPOON RIB RUB IN 1 PINT OF WATER WITH 2 TEASPOONS OF VINEGAR, TURN  MEAT, COOK UNTIL DONE.

3.       IF YOU DESIRE A MORE WILL DONE
        RIB-BAKE A LITTLE LONGER.
 

A. REMOVE FROM OVEN OR GRILL, COOL TO WHERE YOU CAN HANDLE AND DESIRED SIZED.
B. SELECT YOUR BAR BE QUE SAUCE, TRY ADDING 1 TEASPOON OF RIB RUB TO IT.
