COLLARD
GREEN SEASONING DIRECTIONS: -Georgia
Collard Greens-
1) Use fresh
collard greens 2-4 lbs
2) Clean, wash and chop (save time by buying pre-chopped)
3) Fill pot with water and add a little salt
4) Cook until tender
5) cook Georgia smoked meat until tender
6) drain cooked collard greens
7) add meat to collard greens
8) Finish off to taste with our collard green seasoning
9) Shake, spoon or pour it on,
make a perfect plate of good ole Georgia greens
